Impeccable customer service from the reception staff through to the doctors and nurses. What makes them stand out for me is that they care about you, your health and well-being and believe me that is hard to find. I have been a patient for nearly 15 years and have only been treated with the outmost care. The nursing staff are fabulous and are there for you and are the best I have come across particularly Mary who has gone beyond what is usual for me on many occasions. Dr Taylor is the doctor you read about, wish you had and never seem to find - friendly, caring and above all an excellent doctor who ensures you get the best treatment for your situation. When she has not been available I am not worried as all the doctors at the practice are top notch - friendly, given great advice or treatment and ensured I was well looked after in Dr Taylor’s absence. Finally the lovely reception staff who have always looked after me when times were very tough and are always looking out for all the patients and often don’t get the recognition they deserve. Highly recommend this practice.

I believe the Uni Health Practice at Uni Adelaide offers excellent service. I used to see Dr. Paul Bolton, my GP, who is an outstanding doctor. He provided me with excellent advice. I wish all the best to Dr. Bolton and the entire team at Uni Health Practice.

Dr. Paul Bolton has been my GP for some years now, and he is an excellent doctor! He is always on time, he listens to me, takes the time to explain any medical concern I have, and he always answers all my questions. In addition, he is very supportive and helpful! I am very thankful to him for all this help over the past years! Also, the nurses and the receptionists are very friendly and professional. They always have treated me well! So it’s always a good experience!

I have been attending UHP for almost 10 years now and seeing Dr Alison Cranwell for most of this time. She is always professional and courteous and shows genuine care for me as a long-time patient, and now my son as well. Staff are always willing to help and are very communicative. Every time I have visited any other GP practice, I have been disappointed with the service, which is why I will always come back here. 5 stars!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Paul Bolton at the university health practice for over 10 years, and I can say with absolute confidence that he is an exceptional doctor and a genuinely incredible person. Throughout various stages of my life, he has been a constant source of support and kindness. During my university years, I was seriously unwell with an eating disorder that required multiple hospital admissions. Dr. B not only ensured I was connected with the right care but also provided ongoing support between hospital stays. He checked in regularly, making sure I was safe both physically and mentally. Even when I was resistant to attend other appointments, I always felt comfortable and safe to attend my appointments with Dr. B. His support during that time quite literally saved my life and contributed to my recovery. Thanks to his dedication, I’ve been able to move forward and lead a fulfilling life. These days, I only need to see Dr. B occasionally but even after finishing my university studies and trying other GPs in my local area none have matched his expertise, kindness, and ability to build rapport. He consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. I couldn’t recommend Dr. B more highly. He is not only an outstanding doctor but also a truly compassionate and dedicated professional who genuinely cares about his patients. If you ever read this, Doccy B, please know how profoundly grateful I am for your kindness, support, and the difference you have made in my life. The receptionists and nurses are also amazing too!

Been seeing Dr Alison Cranwell for years now and she’s an amazing doctor! Very knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic. Wouldn’t want to change GP even after I’ve moved far away. The receptionist Angela is also very lovely and helpful every time I visit the practice. Also a big thanks to nurse Chelsea for your help today. What an amazing and thoughtful lady!

I’ve been going to see Dr Bolton for years, and he’s a gem. Easily the most receptive of any doctor I’ve ever had about mental health issues, and shows genuine care and concern. You’re in very safe hands here.

Paul Bolton is a great GP. Listens carefully and considers my myriad of problems in a holistic way. Really glad I found him as it was always a challenge to re-explain complex and cascading history to new doctors. Admin staff are friendly and efficient too.

This is an excellent clinic that is very convenient as a University employee. I’ve been a patient here for 8 years. The reception staff have always been friendly, kind and discrete. The two doctors I’ve seen that I highly recommend are Dr Paul Bolton and Dr Henrietta Ramos. They are the most generous, knowledgeable and caring doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure to be seen by. I know I can trust them to give me the best care and service. I’m fortunate to have them as my doctors.
